Please note: we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by customs and excise. We will however do everything in our power to have your shipment released as soon as possible.
US TARIFFS
All US orders will now be delivered duty paid (DPP), which means the price you pay at checkout will be the total price you will pay to receive your watch, avoiding any unexpected additional fees on delivery.
From the 29th August 2025 all Beaucroft US orders will be subject to a 10%-15% duty tariff which is calculated and applied at checkout. Beaucroft will continue to cover shipping costs and US pre-duty prices will remain unchanged for the foreseeable future.
WORLDWIDE SHIPPING
We offer FREE shipping on all orders to over 100 countries worldwide, including USA, Canada and Australia. As soon as your order is dispatched you'll receive your personal tracking number by email so you can keep an eye on its progress.
UK (2-5 days)
All UK orders are sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery. Insured and tracked, you’ll be sent the tracking reference after the watch is dispatched. We track all orders until they arrive safely with you.
EU (3-6 days) - Delivered Duty Paid
We ship to countries within the EU on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis which means all relevant local taxes and import duties are calculated at checkout and shown included in the total checkout price (these will be broken down and shown as separate line amounts). You will not be responsible for any other charges.
All orders to EU are sent using DHL Express. Insured and tracked, you’ll be sent the Airway Bill tracking reference after the watch is dispatched. We track all orders until they arrive safely with you.
US (3-6 days) - Delivered Duty Paid
We ship to the USA on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis which means all relevant local taxes and import duties are calculated at checkout and shown included in the total checkout price (these will be broken down and shown as separate line amounts). You will not be responsible for any other charges.
All orders to the US are sent using Fedex Priority Express. Insured and tracked, you’ll be sent the Airway Bill tracking reference after the watch is dispatched. We track all orders until they arrive safely with you.
ROW(2-10 days)
For orders outside the UK, US and EU countries please be aware that local duties and taxes will need to be paid prior to delivery. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you are unhappy with your Beaucroft purchase for any reason, you have up to 14 days from receiving it to return or exchange it. Please follow the link HERE for details od our refund and exchange process.
