We are a small and personal company. What this means is when you email or call us you are interacting directly with the people who design, manage and box up your watch. This means you interact with a person who cares about your direct experience with the product and is always looking to add those little touches that make the experience special or unique to you.

We do watch shops a little differently...

Originally, we partnered with the Cambridge Gin Laboratory — a Grade II listed building in the heart of Cambridge — where it felt like stepping into a master’s study, complete with warm, low lighting, chilled music, and welcoming hosts.

Since then, we’ve swapped gin for beer and set up home in a former Victorian brewery, tucked just off Mill Road in Cambridge’s creative quarter.

Our showroom now doubles as our creative workspace — where our watches come to life — and as a place where you can view the full Beaucroft collection by appointment.

Whether you’re discovering Beaucroft for the first time or exploring our latest designs, we’d love to welcome you in.

Here, you can freely try on the watches that catch your eye, hear Beaucroft’s Cambridge story, and learn about the details that inspired each design — directly from our founders.

Our watches are fully hand assembled in the UK, by our expert assembly partner, Horologium; a UK-based workshop founded by Raphael Pfund and Raquel Palmieri. Their growing team is exceptionally equipped to take care of our watches from start to finish, working with us to provide Assembly, Service and Repairs, and Restoration on all Beaucroft watches.

Thanks to a fantastic partnership with Horologium since 2022, Beaucroft is able to provide a worldwide aftersales service. Established in 2020, Horologium is a UK-based workshop founded by Raphael Pfund and Raquel Palmieri.
