We are a small and personal company. What this means is when you email or call us you are interacting directly with the people who design, manage and box up your watch. This means you interact with a person who cares about your direct experience with the product and is always looking to add those little touches that make the experience special or unique to you.
We do watch shops a little differently...
Originally, we partnered with the Cambridge Gin Laboratory a Grade II listed building in the heart of Cambridge, where it felt like stepping into a master’s study, complete with warm, low lighting, chilled music, and welcoming hosts.
Since then, we’ve swapped gin for beer and set up home in a former Victorian brewery, tucked just off Mill Road in Cambridge’s creative quarter.
Our showroom now doubles as our creative workspace, where our watches come to life, and as a place where you can view the full Beaucroft collection by appointment.

Our watches are fully hand-assembled in the UK by our expert assembly partners. The team is exceptionally equipped to care for each timepiece from start to finish, working closely with us to deliver assembly, quality control, servicing, repairs, and restoration across the entire Beaucroft collection.
Located outside the UK? No problem. Beaucroft offers a worldwide after-sales service through a trusted network of vetted service centres.
