Beaucroft was born from Karim’s lifelong passion for collecting watches and fascination of the design and craftsmanship required to create a watch.
Founded on a great friendship, Matt and Karim forged the Beaucroft brand you see today.
These days, Karim is always thinking five steps ahead — refining the brand, nurturing its growth, and focusing on the next big Beaucroft launch.
Matt's creative energy drives design and customer experience at Beaucroft. As a seasoned product designer and engineer Matt fell in love with the craft of mechanical watches and the meaning we give to them. After spending many years searching for the perfect timepiece, Matt discovered the best way to obtain the perfect watch was to create one from scratch. Forever the perfectionist, fast forward 3 years and hundreds of design tweaks later, Beaucroft was launched. Nowadays you can find Matt in the design studio working up the next timepiece or in and around Cambridge, showcasing the design story behind the brand and crafting great customer experiences.
Our watches are fully hand assembled in the UK, by our expert assembly partner, Horologium; a UK-based workshop founded by Raphael Pfund and Raquel Palmieri. Their growing team is exceptionally equipped to take care of our watches from start to finish, working with us to provide Assembly, Service and Repairs, and Restoration on all Beaucroft watches.
